    I started using this a couple of years ago when I found out that it will lower my blood pressure immediately. Sometimes if your blood pressure spikes and you take blood pressure medication, it doesn’t work very fast. But this one does. My blood pressure is always kind of borderline and I get these little spikes and when I do I take it and my blood pressure goes down substantially.
